  1. Charge a card or send an invoice
  2. enter an amount, click Next
  3. Tap to Pay shows Failed to connect

I clicked Retry, and shows Connecting only

It is possible that your device has fallen out of compatibilities list due to the recent compliance related update.
You may need to use a different device to accept TTP payments.

I would suggest you reach out to our support about that so that they can confirm the eligibility and help
