So I think the error appears valid since you can't refund a charge thats already had the full amount refunded.

Yes but I have never asked to refund the first time. Is it normal? Maybe in the sandbox doesn't work the API for the refund or am I wrong?

The request to refund the chargereq_BNbGzEFnMqpUTF was triggered by a backend call made using your secret key.

Which tells us the refund was initiated by your integration and not any sort of automated action on Stripes side

The refund API does work with Sandboxes.
