Do you have the req ID for the request that resulted in the error?
It looks like this charge was already successfully refund in this request https://dashboard.stripe.com/acct_1SVwOoA1GmtHSfXQ/test/logs/req_BNbGzEFnMqpUTF
So I think the error appears valid since you can't refund a charge thats already had the full amount refunded.
Yes but I have never asked to refund the first time. Is it normal? Maybe in the sandbox doesn't work the API for the refund or am I wrong?
