Hello, looking in to this. Where specifically are you seeing that error? Loaded the page but I'm not immediately seeing it in the console or network requests
Hey! The error appears inside the billing portal which I insepcted the network request / console log
Ah I see, it looks like the link in the original message got cut off. Full link is this (previously ended with payment-m) https://billing.stripe.com/p/session/test_YWNjdF8xUGZqTEJJMkRkWmcwa2hyLF9UYWtDZzRLSEhHSU5uQU9yN0dabUwySlZUSTBHUGYy0100P1bi5owj/payment-methods
whoops, yes that's correct
Looking in to this and will escalate to my colleagues. Do you know around when this error started happening for you?
Thanks! We've been testing this for the past couple days. I'm not able to reproduce locally with my Stripe account - but our QA site is running into this
From the QA logs there were no errors being reported
Gotcha, I am having trouble immediately finding more info on this. It looks like it is constrained to test mode for you so far. Do you know of any recent changes in test mode that may have coincided with this error starting to show up for you? This is something we need to fix on our side, but I am trying to narrow down the causes for my colleagues to look in to.
okay thanks, i'm not aware of any changes to test mode
Okay I escalated this to my colleagues but it may be a bit before we here back. I think the best way forward here is to create a support case and I can follow up through there with what I hear back from my colleagues
