Previous thread closed and i have to give a more narrow information about the DHCP
in the previous thread we suggested this. did you try this?
static IPs are supported, but you need to make sure that the static IP is binded to the MAC address of the reader. you also need to make sure that your DHCP releases the IP address you want to assign to your reader (it's possible that it's already assigned). I suggest setting a static IP that is outside of the DHCP IP range
its not working. We dont have DHCP
