So I suppose you have those Ids

I do have the IDs. I want to find out why and when the mandate went to the inactive state. Is this data available on my stripe console somewhere? Or is there any API I can use to find it out?

Do you have the Mandate ID?

If not, you can see the Setup Id seti_xxx.
