Thanks for waiting. The Stripe fee in the link you share refers to the processing fee for payments (the section mentions application fee/direct charges). It looks like you are referring to payout fees instead (0.25% + $0.25), payout fees are paid by the Platform: https://stripe.com/connect/pricing
