On the payment step, use a card that will trigger a 3DS authentication.
to be clear you mean use a real card number and do real 3DS with it right?

Yeah cuz on test mode you only have buttons, so its hard to develop and test actually haha
I can tell you that I have seen this before and 99.99% of the time this is due to some other dependency you have on your own page/website that "steals the focus" of the input
It's horrible to debug because it needs Live mode.
I have encountered this before and kind of begged the team to put an input text field on the Test mode modal but alas it has never been prioritized (I need it like once every 2 years so I get it)
daang okay. Okay i figured it might be something on our clients end but its hard to really track down when testing
ill take a look. its just odd as it only happens on iOS only, so wasnt sure if there is something that needs to change with iOS 26 changes
yeah it could be but I feel like we'd hear a lot more reports
