I'm confused overall, you say 'somebody is trying to sign in to my account' but then 'I've never signed up'

In any case, there's normall a Stripe Assistant UI to chat with that will redirect you. Otherwise, I'd recommend the steps here: https://support.stripe.com/questions/received-an-unrecognized-stripe-login-email

i made a stripe account to add woo payments on a wordpress project but i never finished setting up the account

is there a way for me to delete my account without setting it up entirely?
