👋 Welcome to your new thread!
⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.
⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.
🔗 This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1447887260908261469

👋 Hi there!
No, that is not one of the IP addresses that we use to deliver webhooks: https://docs.stripe.com/ips#webhook-notifications
Do you have any more information, beyond just the IP address?
In any case, I would recommend using webhook signature verification to ensure others can't send you events: https://docs.stripe.com/webhooks#verify-official-libraries
We’ve been building a billing system using Stripe for many years.
In the past few months, we started receiving frequent webhook requests from unknown IP addresses, and when we blocked them as errors, we began getting many inquiries from customers saying their payments had failed.
That IP address is 34.110.137.103.
Could there be an omission in your webhook IP address list?
