My sandbox account has a warning like this

Can you provide Id of your Sandbox accounts?

Sandbox doesn't need verification

You should be able to test it normally. Which event are not generated as you expected?

Yes. Sandbox shouldnot require verification. When i run a test clock on any subscription, none of the expected events are being generated. For example, invoices, charges, subscription updates

I have not used these sandboxes for some time. Then we get back to implementing these changes few weeks ago. So we cannot get it to working. Sandbox is stuck at "Setting up your sandbox" like in the screenshot I shared.

I can see they have Subscription paused and not sure about the triggerring. You may need to write into Support so they can look further (we are developer team and can't really see into Accounts)

But as you only want to test, how about just create a new Sandbox account?
