Do you have an example request ID or Payment Intent ID from one of the failed payments

I don't have payment intent ID but I have this printed out in my server.

Created Stripe checkout session: cs_live_a19TfzfuUIJfmXANTE35betsYeeXHLD4l0rCHGR4Qy5EouPnKPcwCLSiwb

Do you need me to print out the payment intent ID? I can add the log statement and deploy to production to get it.

I just created this Stripe account and still have this showing up at the top. Not sure if it's related.

I keep clicking on that Start button and uploaded the same Business License document like 10 times and still asking me to upload the document.

I looks like real charges are disabled at the moment which would be why it' snot working in live mode. I'd recommend reaching out to support. https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true For assistance with account verification as we are unable to assist with that here. This channels primarily for API integration and coding questions.

Ok so I won't be able to accept real charges if account is not verified yet?

correct, their are regulations that require a certain minimum levell of verification before charges can be enabled. Our support team at the above link is much more familiar wiht the verification proces and should be able to provide you with some clear guidance.

Ok, when I go to the page, the only thing that response to me is support AI chat... I kept asking the AI about the business license doc keep being asked even though I upload the doc, it gives me stupid answers. Is there a way to reach a human support person?
