Our area of expertise in this channel is generally around API integration questions. Policy related questions are generally best directed to our Support team as they're more familiar with the ins and outs.
That said my understanding is those policies would be set by Klarna and are not flexible. I'd still recommend reaching out to Support however as they may know something we don't in regards to the flexiblity there. 🙂
