yes it used to work, well it works now but with EUR but we do nto knwo what happened and what we have to do in the future req_SzTK8Qv8X8R1B2
we still do not see USD so it will fail for the transactions with this currency

Also, when you say you checked the supported currencies, where did you see this? In the Payment Method Configuration?
Are you still having the same issue if you make a request just now?
It looks like we had a temporary issue where only CNY was available as currency for Alipay in testmode, which is why your request req_f0p4dHIRT0eWUj failed on Wednesday.
Alipay is available in CNY plus the currency that corresponds to your Stripe account's location (EUR): https://docs.stripe.com/payments/alipay#supported-currencies

No the issue went magically gone today but we were afraid it can go to production at some point.
so if we want to also add USD as well for the account that has location with EUR we can no longer do that?
By account's location you mean the bank account?
We need to be able to pay with EUR and USD for Alipay

The currencies you can support with Alipay depend on your business location: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/alipay
Your account is in France, so you can accept payments in CNY and EUR. You would need a Stripe account based in the US to accept USD payments via Alipay
But as the documentation mentions here, there is a possibility to support further currencies, if you have a USD bank account, for example: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/alipay#:~:text=We provide support for additional currencies on a case-by-case basis

I can see in the prod account we have now only CNY for Alipay account
that is located in US
we have no transactions because seems in US there are no customers that pay with Alipay but I should see there CNY and USD right?

It looks like it's because Alipay hasn't been enabled on that account. I believe once onboarding with Alipay is completed, the available currencies would update

basically we're solving an issue that arose a couple of days for Alipay in test mode and we're working on fixing it, in the meatime, as my colleague mentioned, if you onboard with Alipay you should be fine on all of the accounts you have
