yep! just doing some research and testing things
i think i know the answer but just want to confirm before getting back to you
have you already started testing out this scenario? one thing i always recommend to anyone using subscriptions is to test things thoroughly using a test script and test clocks. the short answer to your question is that the customer.subscription.updated event should fire (that should fire any time the schedule changes the subscription)
but i would definitely recommend scripting all of this out to ensure that it's behaving as you expect and that the right events are firing etc
