@silent sonnet I was about to say no but let me triple check something
Thank you
I noticed inside workbench there is a metadata area (for exemple : pm_1SaGOYIpbbIMMVWQoflQBmS9) but it's empty
wow it works I had no idea it did
So first: can you confirm how you are integrating exactly?
I can't see anything inside
i just see there is the metadata area but i don't know how to populate it
from the setup intent ? or something else to add?
I think i found out but not sure, it seems I have to update the paymentmethod like this :
curl https://api.stripe.com/v1/payment_methods/pm_123
-u sk_test_xxx:
-d "metadata[PersonID]"="496-1-2088"
-d "metadata[WTP]"="496-1-525"
-d "metadata[Product]"="NoSouci"
after i receive setup_intent.succeeded
Yes that works
But you can do it client side too potentially depending on how you are integrating. There are 20+ ways to integrate our APIs
If we add to the setup intent, do you think it's copying to the paymentmethod?
We could avoid an api call
no it doesn't copy
so the best is to update with api then
yes
