I have three test accounts thinking it would give me distinct email addresses but it didn't they are all listed under [e-mail]

Well how are you creating them

We just help with developer api questions in here and aren't familiar with the dashboard much

Oh gotcha - yeah was using the stripe developer dashboard in my sandbox to create a test account

Oh hm and that flow instructed you to just use all 0's for the phone verification?

Like you never entered a phone number ending in 1585?

Yeah never entered that phone number it is super odd.
