Do you have an example payment I can look at? I'll need a Stripe object id such as a PaymentIntent (pi_123abc)
but what defines testmode vs livemode is the API keys that are being used on the specific request to create individual objects. If your platform is using test API keys, then that's something they'll ultimately need to address
we dont have access to see the API keys?
When we submit an invoice from the Spectrum Service Tech app, the request isn’t hitting the Live environment. Instead, it’s being routed into ‘Test Mode,’ which prevents it from generating a real, linkable payment option. So even though the workflow completes, it never creates an actual live PaymentIntent.

"routing" isn't a concept in the way you're describing. Your platform's code controls via API keys this if they're creating objects on your account. If you could provide an example PaymentIntent I can verify that

My first recommendation is to speak to your platform about this directly, as most likely they will need to resolve this in their code.
