👋 reading through your question 🙂
Hey Byrne, this channel is for questions around integrating the Stripe API into a code base.
I would suggest reaching out to anthropic they may need to generate a new invoice email for you.
Yes but ur service wasn’t working and there was no other way to get into contact
I'd suggest reaching out to Anthropic as they might need to send you a new invoice email.
Our user facing support can be located here: https://stripe.com/contact but this is generally for companies using Stripe not end customers. Reaching out to anthropic is likely going to be your quickest path to resolution.
Has the issue been logged then here so that Anthropic can see it then?
I'm sorry Byrne but that that isn't something we would be able to assist you with, we aren't involved in support. This channel is staffed with people who offer guidance related to coding questions.
Ok but if I’m facing the issue it’s most likely that other people are aswell, so shouldn’t the dev team be then made aware of it to fix it
We would need to get consent from the user directly before we could investigate anything on their account. They have the means to contact us directly to report any outages they may be experiencing.
So as the user of stripe how do I do that
