Both - we have our platform and want Stripe for our business. We've integrated it with our system, cards, Paypal, blik is working but we have problem with one channel - Przelewy 24 (Polish system)

where is support team? You use AI on website, and only contact is on Discord

you can get ahold of a person via the "Contact support" button on the site - it starts you out chatting with a bot but you can get through that to talk to a real person
