Do you know what events your listening to on your webhook endpoint? Do you have the id of the endpoint handy?

stable sun
#

Yes

amber breach
#

Is it just identity events you are not getting or are you not getting any events at all?

stable sun
#

The only events received on the dashboard are "requires_input"

#

The rest aren't displaying at all

#

But the user completed his verification

Hi there,
I am taking over for my colleague who had to step away.
I see you shared an evtent with the ID evt_1SXTXyBMbDQDL27wjJQIkwOh. That is an identity.verification_session.created event, but looking at your webhook endpoint, this event type is not enabled.

stable sun
#

Yes understood

#

But the rest aren't showing

sweet fox
#

Really? I looked at your account at found the most recent identity.verification_session.requires_input event - ID: evt_1SUEqOBMbDQDL27wfjkkcoaW link to to your dashboard: https://dashboard.stripe.com/events/evt_1SUEqOBMbDQDL27wfjkkcoaW - which shows it was successfully delivered to your webhook endpoint.
Do you have another example of an event, that has not been delivered but enabled in your webhook endpoint?

stable sun
#

No please. What I'm trying to say is, "identity.verification_session.created" and "identity.verification_session.requires_input" are the only events that are logged but for the event ID in particular that I forwarded, the user completed the verification in full but neither "identity.verification_session.verified" nor "identity.verification_session.processing" were called

sweet fox
#

Ooohhh, ok. Sorry for the confusion. Now I understand. 🤦‍♂️ Let me see what I can find about that....

stable sun
#

Oh that's fine

sweet fox
#

Alright I am looking at the verification session that emitted the identity.verification_session.created event - ID: evt_1SXTXyBMbDQDL27wjJQIkwOh and I can see that the session has not been completed. It is still in an requires_action state

stable sun
#

Yeah

#

The user completed that verification of which I've also forwarded the screenshot of it

sweet fox
#

That is strange. None of that has reached our server. From what I can see, the verification session was created but not completed.

stable sun
#

Yeah. Could it be unmatching API versions?

sweet fox
#

I am not sure at the moment. Let me do some more digging.

stable sun
#

Okay

sweet fox
#

I gathered a little bit information but it seems like I will need the assistance from the product team for Stripe Identity so they can further investigate the issue. For that, I would need to move this conversation to email to keep you up to date about findings. Would that be ok with you?

stable sun
#

Yeah sure

sweet fox
#

Ok great. You will receive a DM in second with instructions on how to create a support ticket, that will be routed directly to our team.
