What you do you mean "In environment, It is not calling the webhook endpoint"?
The stripe CLI is intended for local testing. it is not a replacement for a production wehook endpoint

Stripe CLI is intended to assist with local development. I do not recommend it for your remote dev environment
You should set up a Sandbox or Test mode webhook endpoint instead
