Ok I've confirmed that you turned off email for successful payments. Did you turn off it recently?
Also can you share wih me the ID of the paymentIntent (i.e., pi_xxx)

Ok, I found out why Stripe sent email. It's because your code specified receipt_email, so in live mode, Stripe would send out receipt emails regardless of your email settings. This behaivor is explained in API reference https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_intents/create?api-version=2025-11-17.preview#create_payment_intent-receipt_email
