do you have an example request ID where you've tried to retrieve a given coupon you can share with me? also which API version are you on? applies_to should be present in the lates API version (reference)

make sure you aren't filtering out GET requests in the dashboard

ok, it's been a bit since i've tested this but IIRC you need to expand the applies_to parameter to see it
can you try the request again but include expand: ["applies_to"]?
