π Welcome to your new thread!
β²οΈ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.
β±οΈ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.
π This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1441095862632841218
π Have more to share? Add more details, code, screenshots, videos, etc. below.
Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Hi π we don't reopen closed threads. Please summarize what problem you're encountering at this point and we will go from there.
problem is the for subscription the paymentintent is failing
this is the backend code
What Subscription, what Payment Intent?
for this thing https://docs.stripe.com/terminal/features/saving-payment-details/save-after-payment?terminal-sdk-platform=server-driven
Apologies for not being clear. Can you share the IDs of the related objects from your testing that you're referring to? You haven't given me much context on what problem you're running into, or what guidance would be beneficial in unblocking you.

What failed there? I see a successful reqeust to create the intent, and a successful request to cancel it. Is this not what you're epecting, what are you trying to accomplish here?
but i did not cancel it
Looks like the cancel request came from a terminal integration.
What debugging of your code have you done so far to see how/when that cancel helper gets called?
immediaetly when i call processPayment function
Then you need to fix your code to not do that
yes, i would like to know what is swrong with it
becasue for single payment it is working fine
This is a one-time payment too
but its paymentintent is created on backend in different way
Okay?
i would like to know what is missing or wrong in the backend code
Nothing? The frontend code is what is calling your cancel helper, right? You need to debug your code to see why, we won't sit down and debug your code end-to-end for you, but we're happy to answer questions about our API/SDKs as you debug the integration you've built.
ok i will debug it but please do not close this thread
I will if it's idle, it's a cognitive load on our team members to leave a thread open forever. You can always open a new thread, and clearly summarize the current state of your problem and your question/ask, if this one gets closed before you fully resolve this.
ok, thank you
