Hi there ๐Ÿ‘‹ have you already generated an Account Link for this account to onboard with? I see you're using an Express account, and their details get locked so only the owner of the Connected Account can edit them once they've been sent to a Stripe UI to onboard.

Yeah, I believe so, I swear we used to return a better error if that's the case though.

Hmm I see. We've tested changing a connected account's email address on one of our own accounts internally and saw that Stripe asks for a verification code sent to the existing email before allowing changing it. That seems like strange UX since it doesn't allow users to change it if they lost access to their old email. Stripe support already told this user they can't help them, so it seems like we're out of options to help this user?
