Do you have access to the console? Can you look up the error returned in the backend or see if there's a request ID?

Is the error occuring for everyone or just this specific instance. I ask because I can see multiple verification sessions on the account.

Yeah it's for Android

#

For IOS, users don't get to complete the session at all

In the example verification session you shared it looks like the device country is set to GH. Identity is not supported for users in Ghana yet. I wonder if that's the issue.
