I have created developer account on live stripe business account giving role as developer but they could be able to see all account related sesitive data. Though we clearly defined developer role how this is possible

Yeah the developer role have access to your Stripe Dashboard

Maybe you should choose another role or create a separate test account:

it's not Data breach, the Developer role was designed like that.

You need to grant it if you are ok to give those access to your developer otherwise you need to provide them another role with lesser permissions
