@twin field You're using our Netsuite connector directly? Where do you click and what exact URL does it generates?

Yes I believe so. I reached out to Stripe and they referred me here. I am clicking this link. And then it takes me to another page w this error.

I'm sorry, people on support do that all the time and they aren't supposed to.
But thanls the second screenshot helps and shows it's a URL owned by the connector so you need to go back to the support team and ask them to investigate further
