this is the screen recording shared by customer
no log found from our backend. Is it possible caused by user card issue?
or can checked via Stripe Dashboard?
Hi! Which Stripe payment surface are you using? For example, is it Payment Element?
am using Stripe's Payment Request Button surface, which will create payment request object
not the standard card element
Unfirtunately, I can’t investigate this without more details. Is this a one-time occurrence or has it happened multiple times?
user complained they couldn't pay via Google-pay from last night until this morning
i don't have any useful log/ record from server 😫
Can you share the link to your site where we can see Google Pay? Please share the test login credentials (if any) and steps to navigate to the page where the Element is displayed.

test acc: test@gmail.com

please do not try to place booking as this is live
it's telling me that the password is wrong...
have you tried logging in with those details?
yea, able to login from my side

oh hey, it worked, okay, gimme a while to see if Google Pay loads for me
seems to be working fine for me
sorry, but i think unless there's a way for us to reproduce the issue that specific customer is seeing, it's not going to be possible for us to troubleshoot further at this point. I would recommend suggesting that the customer try keying in their credit card instead of using Google Pay
i see, thanks for the advice.
We tried at our end and it works as well
will advise customer to try per suggested method/ choose other payment method
