Hi 👋 spologies if I'm not grasping it, but what is the question here?

Why does the country changed? I created the account with country IT and after the user followed the link to connect to my playform, the country changed to US. I did a test with the same api request in test mode and the country didn't change

Gotcha, let me poke around a bit.
I'd suggest double checking that you have enabled the countries you intended to for livemode onboarding:

Thank you, I think that this was the issue. Now what I need to do? Delete the account via API and create a new one?

Yes, I'm not aware of any way that you can override the country picked during onboarding. Our Support team might be able to do it, but I'm not certain. You can ask if that sounds easier than creating a new Connected Account:
