Hi there, there's a balance.available webhook that will fire any time your global Stripe balance has been updated, not sure if this meets your needs? https://docs.stripe.com/api/events/types#event_types-balance.available

Will this fire also when we issue a credit note, or adjustment to the credit balance?

Just checking this, bear with me..
I don't these would necessarily fire a balance.available event. I think if you want to build a service around specific actions that happen, it would probably be best to listen to the specific events of interest. For example credit_note.created when a credit note is issued, and any other relevant events listed here: https://docs.stripe.com/api/events/types
