Hi there! Since ch_3STRzdQwA4KQrSQn08qcWQuY is a direct charge, there is no transfer of funds from your Platform to your Connect Account. If you remove reverse_transfer: true from your code you won't hit that error. From your code comments it looks like you want to reverse the application fee--you can pass refund_application_fee: true to achieve this.
