You would have to submit your app to Stripe for review first using these steps
Following which you would be able to deploy your app using the [dashboard] (https://docs.stripe.com/terminal/features/apps-on-devices/deploy-in-Dashboard) or using the API
To clarify, Stripe Marketplace is a Stripe Connect feature https://docs.stripe.com/stripe-apps and not related to Stripe Terminal

Hi teddy.
Thanks for getting back to me! Once the app is submitted, we have a franchise with multiple branches across Canada, each with its own Stripe account and bank account. Do we need to deploy the app separately for each account, or can we deploy it once and use it across all of them?
What would be the best practice in this case?

If you are using the Dashboard, you should create a Terminal location and add the readers you want to deploy your app to, to that location.
After which you can create a deploy group and assign the location to a deploy group, meaning all readers in the location from that deploy group will receive updates
Once Stripe reviews and approves the App, yo would be able to deploy your app to those devices from the Deploy Groups details page, these are the steps for that.

Thanks. One last question do I need any special approval to upload an app? I already have the S700 dev kit and I’m ready to upload, but my dashboard doesn't show the links on the doc file it send its off back to the dashboard for me.
