Hi ๐ I'm taking a closer look at the guide you're referring to. This mmaayy be something I'm not super familiar with, but let me take a closer look before saying that for sure.
here is what I see
And when you click on the 0.0.2 row?
Alright, I'm going to poke around a little bit more, but this may be something that warrants opening a case with our Support team if I can't spot something quickly.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here. Is the tab supposed to show up or is the documentation outdated ?
The thing that is standing out to me, is that you're in a Sandbox, but the doc explicitly says to use "test mode".
Okay, and a teammate pointed me to this guide, have you gone through it already by chance?
https://docs.stripe.com/stripe-apps/enable-sandbox-support
Hmmm, I will try to install the app in a test account instead of the sandbox
I thought sandboxes were the new thing
Thank you for the nudge
Yes, I think this guide is not relevant to my case as it is for public apps. My app is not public yet. I need to make it available for my coworker to test on different accounts
Privately
Any time! If uploading in your main account doesn't let you create the external test, and neither does the new guide, I'd suggest opening a case with our Support team about this:
https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
I'm sorry, I'm grasping at straws here, I'd suggest opening a ticket with our Support team about this at this point.
Yes thank you @warped pier
