hi there, there isn't a way to turn off the Pay button that I'm aware of. do you have the invoice history turned on for your customer portal configuration?

Yes, I want my users to see their invoice history
but I wouldn't like them to pay very old invoices

Hi there 👋 I'm jumping in as my teammate needs to step away soon. I don't believe this is supported by the Customer Portal, and that you'd have to build your own UI to accomplish this currently, but let me double check that.

Yeah, unfortunately, I'm not spotting anything that would accomplish what you're describing that we have prebuilt. I can definitely understand how that would be useful though and will file feedback with our team for them to consider implementing this in the future!
