hey 👋 no, that isn't possible - in order for someone to receive funds via a payout, a Stripe account must be created for them
I'd recommend looking into Connect capabilities, as your use case may not require the connected accounts to have full payment processing capabilities, which in turn can result in a lower KYC burden

Okay thank you for the response! Ill check it out. Do you know anything about the pricing for those consumer connected accounts? I read that you charge monthly on active accounts, but since a consumer will most likely not use the service more than collecting a single complaint, will those be seen as active accounts?

an account is considered 'active' in any month during which any payouts are sent to its bank account/debit card
so it depends on if the consumer received funds during the month! if yes, it will be considered an active account - if not, it won't be
