Hi! Looking into your question!

lucid girder
#

Okay Thanks, will look for your revert!

Do you have the request ID (starts with req_)?

lucid girder
#

No i have not reqID but i have connected account Id for which this issue had been occured

loud cedar
#

Sure!

lucid girder
#

AccountId: acct_1GSWKBDIhP381EZZ
and it has been occured around 'Nov 11, 7:28 PM' at UTC time zone

loud cedar
#

Thanks! Taking a look.

#

Can I check which account did you create the request from?

lucid girder
#

Are you asking about the key which we use for the request this endpoint?

loud cedar
#

Not the key but I need the account whose key was used to create the request.

lucid girder
#

I am using the platform account to create the request which is 'SimpleTix'.

loud cedar
#

I am unable to find a failed request for the time frame you provided on the SimpleTix account. However, typically this error comes about when a Platform attempts to create a request for their connected account's connect account. I believe at the point when the request was attempted, SimpleTix key was not used. Though it is difficult to confirm without a request ID.

lucid girder
#

I’ve confirmed that our SimpleTix platform key was used to call the endpoint. Both the Get Account and Get Balance API calls were made using the same SimpleTix key. The Get Account request executed successfully, but the Get Balance call immediately afterward the account api call and returned this error.

#

Is there any way to investigate this cause, if any suggestion?

Give me a moment! I am trying to check on my end.

hi! I'm taking over this thread.

#

like mentioned earlier, the error you saw means you tried to get information about the connected account of a connected account.
if you want us to look more into this, we would need a specific request ID (req_xxx) that failed. can you manage to reproduce the issue and log the Request ID?

lucid girder
#

We attempted to reproduce the issue, but were unable to do so. We do have logs from the previous day when the issue occurred, however, the request ID was not captured in those logs.

if you need any another information, i can give.

#

if the issue only happened once, and you are unable to reproduce it or share a request ID, then there's not much we can do.
I recommend to start logging request ID on your end, so if the issue happens again, we can look into it!

lucid girder
#

Okay, we’ll start logging the request ID in our system and will get back to you if the issue occurs again.
Thank you very much for your time and assistance!

Also, could you please confirm if this error specifically means that the balance API was called for an account that isn’t directly connected to our SimpleTix platform account?

this error happens when a Platform attempts to create a request for their connected account's connect account.
