Hi there ๐ please give me a moment to catch up
Hi Aure, sure np
Thanks for waiting. The currency param is indeed a parameter under the Customer object. But it is not something that can be set during Customer creation via the API: https://docs.stripe.com/api/customers/create
Complete reference documentation for the Stripe API. Includes code snippets and examples for our Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, Go, Ruby, and .NET libraries.
If the customer has a subscription, it will get set to the subscription's currency
otherwise, if you create the Customer via the Dashboard, the Dashboard allow currency to be set explicitly.
gotcha, so if not set via dashboard, then the first subscription created it will set according to currency on that subscription?
yup
There's a section in our docs about this: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/customer#currency
many thanks
sorry, updated the link ^
