👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

hi there, can you describe your use case a bit more? do you have a particular external service in mind?

We use a vendor called Very Good Security for some of our donation workflows - where they provide us an alias to a PAN and we process requests to stripe through their outbound proxy first to so you receive the real card. They also offer functionality where they can subsequently create a network token for that card for later re-use

got it, thanks for the context. we do have some support for bringing your own network tokens, but it's a private feature, so we don't have public docs for it. I would recommend reaching out to Stripe Support to request access https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

you can tell the AI assistant that you want to create a support case, mention that you're requesting access to bring your own network tokens from an external service with the details you provided above
