We don't have screensharing, but you can share screenshots. But just remember that this is a public server
is there anywhere that we can get you on a zoom call to help assist our issue that has been ongoing for 3 weeks?
There are cases where we can do this, yes. Do you have an existing support ticket ID or similar that I can look at?
But just a brief explanation or screenshot of what you're seeing that's not expected would be helpful

i have forwarded the notes that was provided to my developer but they are still having some issues and unable to resolve it. we had a call with your colleague previously for one of the issue and she managed to resolved it in 1 minute, so it would be better if we are able to get someone on the video call again

Yes. You can provide screenshots that are redacted here, for example. Otherwise you can open a support ticket, which is private.
