Hello, can you tell me more about why the readers aren't being found here? Are you not able to register readers for the location where your POS is making the discover reader call?

when we use app with s700 devkit it's fine but when we want to publish the app to review by stripe it doesn't connect to the reader on stripe smart readers!!

Are you testing with the same readers/location?

no , I use location defined in live mode

and test mode for devkit

#

we have a devkit device, it's registered for a location defined in test mode and one s700 device registed for a location defined in live mode

when we send the app to review we use live location's id

Gotcha, and I assume this is the first time you are trying to connect to the live mode reader? You haven't connected with it successfully before?

in order to run the app on live devices we need to get them reviewd by stripe

what happens in the stripe review process if the discovery mode in our app is handoff

I mean in handoff mode we need to set a location id, but how should I know location id of the device stripe sues to review the app !!
