I'm afraid Stripe doesn't have an API to get the count of customers subscribing to a specific product / price ID. I'd recommend storing the product that the customers subscribe in your own database, and perform a query from there.

Stripe primarily focuses on payment processing using API, while your request pertains more to data analysis. For analyzing your subscription data, I recommend using Stripe Sigma, which allows you to query billing data more effectively: https://docs.stripe.com/stripe-data/query-billing-data
