Can you clarify what you mean by a billing email address here? Where is this entered by a customer in your setup?

In a customer you can add billing emails (check the right of the picture), but I didn't find a way to fetch those emails

That is what I saw. Is there any way of obtaining it then or are there plans of including this in future API releases?

This is something that can be enabled on your account if you need to access this just now, though it would also affect who will receive emails for payments/invoices etc.

I don't really get that. I need to obtain it via API because I have a Stripe app that my customers use. If they enable this, how would I be able to fetch these email addresses?

Yeah, that unfortunately wouldn't be possible

I don't have any information about that, but I can pass on the feedback that it would be useful to be able to access this information — especially for use cases like Stripe Apps
