Looks like the answer is yes. Our doc says:

Even if the card is co-branded, however, all Interac debit transactions must be routed through Interac
So providing interac_present is required here to accept those cards

Thank you. Do you know of any other payment types I should include if I want to allow common cards in Canada?

Interac is the only one I am aware of for Terminal
