hello! fyi the server is a little busy atm but i will get back to you asap
sorry about the delay - just been digging into this and i am not aware of a way to programmatically reactivate accounts
typically what you would do for something like this is listen for account.updated events and if action is required on the part of the connected account, you would either send them to the dashboard (if they have dashboard access) or generate an account link for them to go and provide their own details
Hey @wicked jackal , we do listen for these events, and direct them to hosted onboarding to fill out the missing details. These are custom accounts so they don't have access to the dashboard.
The problem is that once they complete hosted onboarding, those requirements remain in review forever, because the account is inactive.
It seems to me that generating an account link should reactivate the account, but it does not
hmmm, that should do it
i would honestly reach out to our support team with a specific connected account example and then can look into it for you, they typically know more about account review type things than us on the discord server

will do, thanks
