We don't know a ton about fees here so you may be better off working with our Support team on this. That said, my understanding is that these product fees are batched (I think daily) and you can see them from listing your Balance Transactions.
If the Invoice is created on the Connected Account then I would expect the fee to be on the Connected Account.

But I can't find it by retrieving the invoice through the API? I'm not missing it?
Are those invoice fees not applied in test mode? I'm not seeing them
There doesn't appear to be an invoice fee
Hmm I'm honestly not sure. We just focus on the API here, not product fees.
