There's no recommended way
You could use Account Debits feature but for that the Connected Account needs to have a balance you can deduct from - https://docs.stripe.com/connect/account-debits
The other option would be for you to create a Customer object for the Connected Account and save a payment method using SetupIntents flow. Basically charging them as you'd charge any customers

Is there any way to create a PaymentIntent against a connected account’s external account (i.e., their Visa/debit card)?
