Additional quiestions, how to make Gpay button visible for ECE in Chrome while testing. I've enabled it in Dashboard settings.

You need to make sure you fulfil the requirements, including having a supported browser and Google Pay wallet set up: https://docs.stripe.com/testing/wallets?ui=payment-element#device-requirements
If you can see the Google Pay in the demo at the top of that page, then you have the correct setup
