The kinds of specifics about Stripe Tax that I think you're working with are not something we are well-equipped to help with here in this server, and on top of that this feature is in private preview.

Do you have a contact with the team running the private preview?

I do not. The account executive and sales team members I have talked to don't seem to know much about Stripe for ticket sales or the nuances of the private preview. I was not aware there was a specific team running the private preview until now

Is there a way to get in contact with this team?

In a way, yes. I asked because sometimes private previews give users an email alias they can contact with questions and feedback about the product that is in preview.

What you should do is create a support ticket (I'll send you instructions in a moment), give a description of your problem as you have done here, and tell them you're using this private preview feature and you have questions about it.

That will get your question routed to a support team that will talk to the private preview owners and get an answer for you.
