Yes

Can Stripe automatically calculate the fees for me now, or is there an API that can return the applicable fees based on different payment methods?
No there isn't, you need to do an estimation

@fallow sandal So I need to calculate the actual fee myself based on the formula, for example, 2.9% + ¥0.30, and then include that in the amount I pass to the Create Session API. Is my understanding correct?
